Thank you for shopping with Ladoo Gopal Poshak. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Customized or personalized items (including any specially ordered sizes, colors, or designs) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Please note that returns based purely on personal preference, such as a change of mind regarding color, style, or fit, do not qualify for a refund or exchange, the size of the product is based on the chart (customer can find the chart at the product page along with product photos).

2. Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service at [Contact Email/Phone Number] within the return window, providing your order number, item(s) details, and reason for return/exchange.

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the item back.

  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and clearly mark the provided RAN on the package.

3. Conditions

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, and saleable.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

  • For exchanges, we will do our best to provide your requested replacement, subject to inventory availability.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit.

  • If the return is approved due to our error (defective, wrong, or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost for returning the product.

5. Refunds and Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • In case of exchange, your replacement item will be shipped after receiving and verifying the returned product.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable on the original order) are non-refundable except for returns due to our error.

6. Exceptions

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except for defects.

  • If you received a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser unless store credit or exchange is requested.
